A gift card is like buying a credit that can be used on any Shacky product. Once you purchase it and gift it to your loved one, they will be able to use it on any of our products and this one will simply deduce from their overall total  at check-out.
Yes, you can decide who  the recipient is and we’ll send out a digital version. This way you can either surprise them and print out the digital version or choose to surprise them by sending it directly to their email.Â
At this stage we don’t send out paper copies, however you can always print the digital version we send out and send it with a personal note directly to your loved one.
Yes they do, but rest assured you or your loved one have plenty of time to redeem it.Â
All our vouchers have a 1000 days expiry date after being purchased.Â
We also recommend using it asap, cause everyone needs a getaway more than often.
No worries to have, your gift card can be used on several bookings. See it as a credit if you choose to use only a % on a booking but have some credit left you can use that one to place another booking.
In case it is greater it means you’ll be left with extra credit to spend on another adventure.Â
If it’s lower then you can complement the overall total by paying the additional cost through card payment.Â
 In general there is a non refund policy on gift cards once they have been purchased or used. Contact us to seek help we do understand that sometimes things change in life.Â
I have a Shacky Gift card previously sold on your website ( one night / two nights weekdays and or weekend). Can I still use it?Â
Yes, of course! Our previous website sold night based Gift Voucher, as long as the validity date is still active you can use it as a credit and apply it to any new booking you place on our website.Â
